How do I book a chair massage appointment?

2- Click on Access to your company name

3- You will then arrive at the calendar page for the current date. If you don't see any slots to book, it means they are further in the future. Please click on "Find the next available appointment".

4- Keep your login information for future use: email, first name and last name that you used.

5- Make sure you click on "Send appointment request" and then check if you have received a confirmation email from GOrendez-vous. If not, please check your spam folder, repeat the procedure or contact us.

6- You will then receive a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm it.

How to change or cancel your appointment?

If you need to change or cancel your appointment , do so as soon as possible and with more than 24 hours' notice.

1- Re-enter our platform (https://www.gorendezvous.com/en/chairmassagesurchaisemontreal/)with your contact details and choose the “View my calendar” option.

2- Create a permanent password or request a temporary one, then change your appointment.

3- Check that the change has been made by receiving the confirmation email. If you don't receive anything, it means you haven't completed your action or you've exceeded the 24-hour deadline. You should then contact us immediately.
